After becoming a leader, you can do the following actions:

Clan Chief	Spend 5GMT to change the clan name Initiate clan adventures
Guild Master	Spend 10GMT to change the guild name Initiate guild adventures Expel non-officer users from the guild (requires 1 move base item, inactive users do not require)
District Rep	Spend 20GMT to change the district name
City Mayor	Spend 100GMT to expand a new district (existing district population reaches 85% or more, and the number of districts in the city cannot exceed 40)
